In view of such, Mr. Mukherjee is requested to supply a copy of the instant contempt application to the learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor preferably in course of this day. 4. It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that though an appeal as has been preferred by the State challenging the judgment and order dated January 22, 2025 passed by this Court in WPA 18602 of 2018, there cannot be any predicament on the part of the alleged contemnor to comply with the said judgment. 5. In view of such, let this matter be listed in the week 2 commencing from January 27, 2026 under the same heading. 6.
