The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 20/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 121(1), 132, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Koderma. 3. On 24.01.2025, at about 11:30 p.m., Jainagar Police received information that the mob, which had assembled in Urs mela at Jainagar, indulged in brawl. When the police party reached there, the petitioner alongwith other accused persons roughed the police party. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about one month. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
