Keyal, learned Standing Counsel for the GST representing the respondents. The present application is filed praying for amendment of pleadings and for bringing an order dated 29.04.2024 on record. Mr. Keyal, learned Standing Counsel for the GST submits that he will have no objection, if the amendment is allowed. Perused the materials available on record including the pleadings made in the connected writ petition. It is also seen that the order has been passed on 29.04.2024 subsequent to filing of the connected writ petition which raises additional cause of action. Accordingly, instead of allowing the multiplicity of writ petitions, the present amendment application is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner shall furnish an amended cause title before the Registry within a period of three days from today with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondents.
