HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 55531 of 2023 Court No. - 71 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. Today, the instant second bail application is listed at Sr. No. 28 of the daily cause list. The matter was taken up at the first call as well as in the revised call. Learned counsel for the applicant neither appeared at the first round nor when the case was taken up in revised list, whereas name of two counsel is shown in the cause list from the side of the accused- applicant. However, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State is present. This bail application is pending since 12.12.2023. It appears that the applicant has either lost his interest or learned counsel for applicant is not inclined to argue the matter. Learned A.G.A. for the State is also not in a position to apprise the Court about the present status of trial of the applicant. In view of the above, this Court has left with no option except to dismiss the bail application in default. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. In case, cause of filing this bail application still survives, it is open to the applicant to move fresh bail application.
