The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the learned court below within two weeks and pray for regular bail hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within two weeks and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the court concerned, in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
