This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents is as illegal, arbitrary and in-violation of principals of natural justice and Art.14 and 16 of Constitution of India in not considering petitioner’s request letter dt 17-12-2018 requesting to give posting orders as Lab Technician in any one of the local area Ongole by issuing a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction and pass

such other order or orders……”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the writ petition may be
disposed of, as no further orders are required in this matter.
