Present petition has been filed, praying for the following relief: "a) issue writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 21.01.2025 issued by opposite party no.3 .[an-1] b) issue writ,order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing opposite party no.3 to follow notification number 1436/APP KM-Advisement Tax/2019-20 dated 21.03.2020,on 05.12.2020 issued by the State of Uttar Pradesh. c) issue writ,order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing opposite party no.3 to decide the representation dated 28.01.2025 of the petitioner." 3. It transpires that the notice dated 21.01.2025 has been issued to the petitioner asking him to remove the board used for advertising purposes within one week from the date of service of notice. It has been stated by the petitioner that the board has been installed on a private property and not on the property of the Nagar Palika Parishad and the petitioner through his application dated 28.01.2025 has sought permission to install the board. The application dated 28.01.2025 is still pending consideration before the respondent no.3- Nagar Palika Parishad, Khoda Makanpur Tehsil and District- Ghaziabad. 4. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending. 5. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Khoda Makanpur Tehsil and District-Ghaziabad to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 28.01.2025 filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
