Case No. 198 of 2025 pending in the file of learned SDJM, Balasore on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in the cyber fraud. The further submission is that the brothers of the petitioners are on bail. It is submitted that the other two brothers are on default bail pursuant to the judgment of this Court in CRLMC No. 3669 of 2025. It is claimed that there has been no transfer of any amount into the accounts of the petitioner and considering the allegations in the F.I.R. lodged against unknown miscreants, the petitioner should be p. 2 allowed to go on bail with conditions. This Court by order dated 17th February, 2026 had directed the State to take instructions and to report back. Since, according to Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner, his two other brothers were primarily responsible in managing the transactions now stated to be on bail, considering the submissions as above and default bail granted to the other two by judgment dated 24th November, 2025 in the CRLMC, a copy of which is made available and in view of the fact that there is already a preliminary chargesheet filed, recording objection of the State, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below for being released with conditions even though his pre-arrest bail plea is not entertained. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned SDJM, Balasore within four weeks from today, it is directed that he shall be released on bail in connection with C.T.
