Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Standing counsel for the State. 2. Present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 21178 of 2024. 3. Pursuant to order dated 07.07.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction duly signed by Superintendent of Police, Fatehpur, having no date, which is taken on record. 4. Based upon instruction, he submitted that now the charge sheet has been prepared and as the accused is a govt. employee, therefore, letter has been sent for permission of prosecution before the State govt. which is pending at there. 5. He next submitted that after obtaining the permission of prosecution, charge sheet shall be filed before the Court. 6. Under such facts of the case, this Court is of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the order of writ Court and the sane has been complied with. 7. Accordingly, application is hereby dismissed. 8. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to provide a copy of instruction to learned counsel for the applicant during the course of the day.
