Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 1738 of 2025 Heard the parties The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. On 08.01.2025, at about 05:10 p.m., Manika Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Domuhan, Manika. On search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Criminal Antecedent Report of the petitioner earlier called, for has been received. It appears that apart from this case, another case being Manika P.S, Case No. 42 of 2020 under Section 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C. was instituted against the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for eight months. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Manika P.S.
