The writ petition is poorly drafted, however, in the interest of justice, defects are ignored and this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that since petitioner was reinstated after suspension order was revoked by order dated 08.06.2021 and paid salary also. Therefore, salary for the period, he remained under suspension from 31.03.2020 to 01.04.2020 be also considered, since the criminal trial is not likelihood to be concluded within a short period, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach afresh for aforesaid relief and in such event, concerned respondent will pass a reasoned order within a short period.
