The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondents to deliver the peaceful possession of the land in dispute in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the judgement and order dated 28.08.2017 passed by this Court in Writ C No.56489 of 2012 (Jag Mohan & others Vs. State of U.P. and others). 2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel placed the Instructions dated 25.06.2025 before the Court, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in paragraph 6 of the Instructions that the possession has already been handed over to the petitioner on 13.06.2025, copy of the report is appended along with the Instructions. 4. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners to dismiss the present petition as having become infructuous. 5.
