In view of the grounds taken in the limitation application, delay of 65 days in filing the appeal is condoned. 3. Accordingly, I.A No. 1 of 2026 is allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that Naresh Yadav was arrested and produced before the learned trial court and he was granted the privilege of regular bail as such seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the appellants to surrender and seek regular bail. It is made clear that if the appellants surrender and seek regular bail, in that event the learned district court shall consider the case on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that appellants before this Court withdrew the appeal.
