The present contempt application has been filed pleading non- compliance of the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No.12338 of 2022. 3. In pursuance of the previous order of this Court, the opposite party has sent his narrative which is on record. A perusal of the narrative sent by the opposite party who is a Judicial Officer and from the records annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, I do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case. 4.
