Issue a writ or order in the nature of Certiorari by quashing punishment ticket dated 06.02.2025; b. Pass any other order or further orders, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a Show Cause Notice was issued to the petitioner, to which the petitioner duly submitted a reply. It is further submitted that the said reply has not been considered by the concerned authority while passing the impugned order. 3. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that there is no discussion whatsoever as to why the justification furnished by the petitioner in response This is a digitally signed order. The same is contrary to the principles of natural justice, which require the authority to consider the material and explanation placed before it and to record reasons for its conclusion. Accordingly, the impugned order, being devoid of reasons, cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. 4. Respondent is directed to take a fresh decision, if it so desires. 5.
