The Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the installation has been carried out in terms of the interim order so granted and the project is also complete. The learned counsel for the respondent now submits the compensation is also paid to the petitioner. 4. In the light of the above, the petition stands disposed reserving liberty to seek revival of the subject petition in the event the submissions of the respondent would not be corrected.
