JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Order 02/07/2025 1. None present on behalf of petitioner. 2. Even on last occasion when this matter was listed on 05.03.2025, 12.03.2025, 19.03.2025 and 02.04.2025 no one was present on behalf of petitioner. 3. Instant revision petition is preferred by petitioner complainant to challenge the judgment dated 28.02.2006 in [2025:RJ-JP:24304] (2 of 2) [CRLR-397/2006] sessions case no. 5/2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajgarh, District Alwar whereby respondent nos. 2 to 7 were acquitted from charge under Section 306, 201 or 176 IPC. 4. As per report received from P.S. Reni District Alwar and submitted by learned public prosecutor, respondent no.4 Ramdhan and respondent no.6 Bodan have expired, therefore, proceedings against respondent nos. 4 and 6 stands abated against respondent nos. 4 and 6. 5. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. 6. We have gone through material placed on record including reasons as assigned by learned trial court and I am well convinced that there are no grounds to entertain the revision petition and unsettled the judgment of acquittal passed by learned trial court. 7. In view of discussion made hereinabove, the instant revision petition sans merit and same is liable to be dismissed. 8. Hence, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed. 9. Misc. application, if any, stands disposed of. (ASHOK KUMAR JAIN),J CHETNA BEHRANI /5
