Though in the first page of the brief Petitioner has indicated that he is aggrieved by the appointment of one junior lecturer as Principal-in-Charge of the College, but neither the said order has been enclosed to the writ petition nor any challenge has been made. In absence of any such document showing that any junior lecture to the Petitioner has been approved as Principal-in-Charge, the present writ petition with the prayer as made is not entertainable. 4.
