WA 626 of 2025 2 2025:KER:27956 A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE & P.KRISHNA KUMAR, JJ --------------------------------------------------------- WA No.626 of 2025 ---------------------------------------------- Dated this the 2nd day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT A.Muhamed Mustaque.J Having heard the learned counsel on both sides, we are of the view that the Manager and the teacher under suspension shall appear before the District Educational Officer (DEO) on 07.04.2025 at 11 a.m. The DEO shall, after hearing both sides, decide whether the suspension should continue beyond 15 days or not. It is to be noted that the order of suspension was passed on 11.03.2025. If the DEO is of the view that the suspension need not be extended, then the order of the learned Single Judge shall be enforced without further delay by the Manager. However, if the DEO decides that the suspension shall continue, we make it clear that the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge will become inoperative. The DEO shall take a decision within a week from the date of their appearance on
