Heard learned counsels for the parties. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.1 of 2023 from the Court of Principal District Judge -cum- Principal Judge, Family Court, Ramgarh, to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 3. It appears that the Original Suit No.1 of 2023 has been filed for divorce by the husband/ opposite party on the ground of cruelty. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the wife/ petitioner that the marriage between the parties has been solemnized in the year 2019. The wife is an illiterate house wife. She is financially weak and being an illiterate lady she is unable to move from one place to another place and as such prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid suit to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 5. Learned counsel for the O.P./ husband has opposed the prayer. 6. Considering the factual aspect of the case and the status of the wife, the Original Suit No.1 of 2023, is hereby, transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 7.
