This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 368 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 03.02.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.791 of 2021 on the file of the MACT, Special District Court, Krishnagiri. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents. 3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 368 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 368 days, in the appeal. 4.
