Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 18.04.2025 whereby the petitioner has been suspended from service with immediate effect under Rule 5 of the Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner(s) has already submitted a representation dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-19) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2 – Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the said representation, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.
