Learned counsel for the respondents has obtained instructions in the matter as per which, petitioner has obtained lesser marks to the last selected candidate in the category of EWS. According to para 3 of the instructions obtained, petitioner has obtained 45.75, whereas, the last cut off marks of selected candidate in the EWS category was 46.00. 2. Sri Saroj Tripathi, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is no provision for preparation of waiting list against the available vacancies which can now be carried forward. 3.
