A memo dated 12.09.2025 singed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under; “The Advocate for petitioner submits as under; The above-mentioned writ petition rendered in to infructuous therefore the same may be dismissed as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. Accepting the said memo and submission of the counsel for the petitioner, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
