Mr. Shaqir Haqani, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 has produced copy of communication dated 27th January, 2025, issued by the General Manager (Admn), JKRTC, perusal whereof reveals that sanction in continuation to Order No. 931 of GM (A)-2022 dated 24th September, 2022 has been accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 27,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand only) in favour of Shri Irfan Ahmad Khan, Advocate (petitioner herein), the then designated Standing Counsel nominated by the Law Department for JKRTC, on account of remaining portion of monthly retainership for nine months. 03. Along with aforesaid order, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 has also produced photocopy of cheque dated 18th February, 2025, amounting to Rs. 54,000/-, which stands received by the petitioner, as the said cheque bears the acknowledgement of the petitioner. Copies of the documents are taken on record. 04. In the light of the aforesaid development, since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, nothing remains to be adjudicated any further in the instant writ petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
