The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to consider claim for revised pay/pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016. The petitioners are claiming that the respondent has revised pay and pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016, however, benefit of enhancement has not been released despite being principally agreed by the competent authority. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners at this stage would be redressed if respondents are directed to address their legal notice dated 27.04.2025 (Annexure P-7). 3.
