1. This is an application for recalling of the order dated 16.06.2025 when WPA 18614 of 2023 was dismissed for default on account of non-appearance of the writ petitioner. 2. On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned Advocates for the contending parties, this Court is of considered view that the writ petitioner has assigned sufficient reason for its non- appearance on 16.06.2025 when WPA 18614 of 2023 is called for hearing. 3. In view of such, CAN 5 of 2025 is hereby allowed. 4. Consequently, the order dated 16.06.2025 as passed in WPA 18614 of 2023 is hereby recalled. 5. Consequently, WPA 18614 of 2023 is restored to its original file and number along with interim orders as passed in connection with the said writ petition. 2 In Re: CAN 3 of 2025
1. On perusal of the earlier order dated 06.03.2025 it reveals that CAN 3 of 2025 has already been disposed of. 2. In view of such, the department is directed not to show pendency of CAN 3 of 2025 during subsequent listing of this case. In Re: CAN 4 of 2025
1. This is an application for extension of interim order. 2. On careful consideration of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned Advocates for the contending parties this Court is of considered view that the prayer as made in the interlocutory application is innocuous. 3. Accordingly, CAN 4 of 2025 is disposed of. In Re: WPA 18614 of 2023
