The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant side. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioners and there is no allegation of tampering with the prosecution witnesses. He further submits that petitioners have three criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application. Petitioner, nemely, Rohit Yadav is languishing in judicial custody since 18.05.2024 and petitioner namely, Naresh Yadav is languishing in judicial custody since 15.03.2024

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Supplementary Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S.
