This application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Learned counsel for respondents have opposed the prayer on the ground that day-to-day delay, as required to be explained under law, has not been explained.
Learned counsel for appellant submits that other LPA’s including LPA No.483 of 2024, arising out of the same judgment have been admitted and listed for hearing. He has also placed on record copy of order dated 23.12.2024, passed in LPA No.483 of 2024.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for parties and averments made in
application, delay of 58 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
Application is allowed and disposed of.
