Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the earlier round of litigation, the petitioner was directed to file a representation for redressal of his grievance. He filed a representation, however, the representation has been dismissed ignoring the similar order passed in respect of the similarly situated persons. Learned counsel further submits that the respondents authorities may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner afresh in accordance with Annexures P6 to P10 annexed with this writ petition by which the similarly situated persons have been given relief which the petitioner is claiming. 2. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation stating all the above things along with a copy of this writ petition and in turn respondent No.4 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the submissions made above as well as Annexures P6 to P10 and pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 3.
