(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents to issue appointment letter and allot station to the petitioner as despite the petitioner having been selected under Group-‘D’ under ESP Category by respondent No.2 against Advt. No.01/2023 dated 30.05.2023, he has not been issued appointment letter due to non-verification of the sports gradation certificate. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the issue involved in the present case is similar to the issue already decided by this Court in CWP-14318-2025 titled as ‘Jagmohan and another Vs. State of Haryana and others’ vide order dated 19.05.2025. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court in Jagmohan and another (supra). (VINOD S.
