“(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/s, direction/s commanding for directing the respondents to stop construction of Government Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on the ancestral land of the petitioners appertaining to Thana No. 31, Mauza- Khash Tabhka, Tauzi No. 938 (c) Khata No. 1155 (old) Khesra No. 7183 (old), Area- 17 kattha. (ii) For directing the respondent to make payment of the petitioners for the acquired land bearing Thana No. 31, Mauza-Khash Tabhka, Tauzi No. 938 (c) Khata No. 1155 (Old), Khata No. 7183 (old), Area 17 Kattha for the purposes of Government Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan. The claim of the petitioner is that the government supposes to construct Government Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on

In such cases, it would be appropriate that the petitioner approaches the Collector, Samastipur (respondent no.6) alongwith all the supporting documents who shall look into the matter and passes an appropriate order. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring petition before the concerned Officer in next four weeks. 6.
