The civil revision has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of J.Misc. Case No.77 of 2015. 2. It appears that the said Miscellaneous Case has been filed under Order 39, Rule 2 of the C.P.C. 3. It is submitted that 10(ten) long years have passed and till date the Misc.Case has not been considered by the Trial Court. 4. Considering the nature of the relief prayed for the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endevour to dispose of J.Misc. Case No.77 of 2015, within 2(two) months from the date of this order, by considering the Misc.Case in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned 2 order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case. 6. The civil revision being CO no. 188 of 2023 is disposed of. 7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9.
