Mr. V.S. Rawat, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 0770 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2217 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 11.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the informant as well as the injured has not supported the prosecution case; they have been declared hostile. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
