The applicant has expressed his willingness to undergo a Narco/Polygraphic Test; however, he has directly approached this Court by way of the present application without first approaching the appropriate authority or the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Therefore, no case is made out for pass of any direction under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India at this stage. If the applicant voluntarily wishes to undergo a Narco/Polygraphic Test, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for appropriate directions in accordance with law.
