I have also heard Mr. R.C. Paul, learned counsel for the respondent No.1. This is an application filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with section 173 of the M.V Act for condoning the delay of 190 days in filing the connected appeal. The grounds for delay in filing the connected appeal have been explained at paragraphs Nos.4 to 6. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has also no objection if the delay is condoned. On perusal of the statements made in the abovementioned paragraphs, this court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause in not preferring the connected appeal within time. In view of the above, the delay of 190 days is condoned. With the above, the I.A stands disposed of. Registry to register the connected appeal and list the same for admission hearing on a date to be fixed by the registry by Page No.# 3/3 reflecting the name of Mr. R.C.
