On the Court's query, petitioner No. 2-Kanchan (corpus) has stated that the petitioner No. 1- Suraj Kumar had solemnized marriage with her fraudulently and, accordingly, she has denied to go along with him and wants to reside with her parents (respondent no.4). 4.
