Hence, Mr. Pranav Arora, (PH-3946-2025; Mobile No.8360314337) who is present in the Court is appointed as legal-aid- counsel to assist this Court on behalf of the petitioner. He has gone through the paper book and submits that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking protection of life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. Legal-aid-counsel contends that he would be having no knowledge of the aforesaid aspect, however, in view of above, there would not be any surviving cause of action.
