(C) Nos. 42- 43 of 2025, as well as the judgment and order dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Hon’ble Court in Writ Petition No.91 of 2025 (S/S), Lalit Mohan Arya Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, as well as other connected writ petitions. ii) Issue any other, further writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iii) To award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No.91 of 2025, Lalit Mohan Arya Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, and connected cases. Learned State Counsel admits this fact.
