By filing affidavit in reply, respondent has expressed inability to pay the amount to the petitioners due to non Bhagyawant Punde 2025:BHC-AUG:23226-DB {2} 936-CP-661-2024 availability of funds with the Municipal Council. Though, the funds were demanded from the State Government, there has been no response from the State Government to the said demand. It is further stated in the affidavit that Municipal Council is constructing 68 shops, which will be completed and allotted by April-2026 and from the amounts received by leasing of said shops, dues of the petitioners and similarly situated employees of Municipal Council will be cleared. 2. We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court. On receipt of amounts from leasing of said shops, petitioners dues shall be cleared by the Municipal Council. 3.
