The petitioner, namely, Rafikul Islam, son of Gajibur Rahman, resident of Village- Batabari, Police Station-Dalgaon, District-Darrang, Assam has filed this application under Page No.# 2/2 Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Dalgaon P.S. Case No.233/2024 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, in which he was arrested on 12.11.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Ms. Binny Das, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Addl. PP, Assam has no objection. 4.
