Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 467 of 2024 arising out of Sudamdih P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 340(B) and 306 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Geeta Devi who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. Apart from ligature mark, there were other mechanical injuries found on the person of the deceased 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
