Learned A.G.A. has filed counter affidavit stating that charge sheet no.23 of 2025 has been filed in the present matter against the petitioners, but he is not certain whether cognizance has not been taken thereon or not. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that cognizance is taken on the police report by the court below, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
