Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A direction may be given to learned Trial Court to decide application 6C moved for interim relief dated 27.09.2021 moved by Petitioners in O.S. No.3016 of 2021 (Laxmi Narayan and others Vs. Manoj Kumar and others) pending in Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) East, Allahabad within specific period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court and till disposal of 6C application for interim order, the defendants may be restrained not to interfere in peaceful possession of petitioners over property in question as well as not to create any third party right over property in question (detail of property in question mentioned in the body of Misc. Petition) in the interest of justice." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned application is pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division) East, Allahabad for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) East, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforementioned application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
