In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to 2nd respondent is dispensed with. 2.The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to register the Sale Certificate dated 12.11.2018, presented by the petitioner for registration. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Sale Certificate dated 12.11.2018 was presented by the petitioner before the 1st respondent for registration, and the same was rejected without even issuing refusal slip. 4.On this being pointed out, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that petitioner may re-present the Sale Certificate, the same would be registered if it is otherwise in order.
