Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar. 5. Learned counsel appearing for petitioners submits that the parties had entered into a settlement in a civil dispute and in criminal case pursuant to the aforesaid FIR, after investigation, final report has been submitted on 18.10.2022 against the petitioners. 6. Learned State Counsel has not disputed the said fact. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in this writ petition, therefore, the present criminal writ petition is closed. 8.
