The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 429 of 2024, arising out of Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 09/2022, corresponding to G.R. No.1065 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/120B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 6192 of 2024 by order dated 14.10.2024. The Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased Urmila Devi, who was murdered in her matrimonial home. It was submitted that charge has been framed in this case and the prosecution has been examined four witnesses and none have supported the prosecution case. It was submitted that petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 31.03.2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with S.T. Case No. 429 of 2024, arising out of Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 09/2022, corresponding to G.R. No.1065 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
