Accordingly, the order dated April 17, 2025 is recalled. 4. FMA 3432 of 2015 is restored to its original file and number. 5. CAN 2 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly. 6. From the records it is not clear as to whether or not the respondent no.2 has received notice of this appeal. 2 7. Let service of the appeal papers be effected by the appellant on the respondent no.2 and affidavit of service be filed in Court on the next date. 8. List this matter on 14.08.2025. 9.
