The following prayers have been made in the writ petition: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the impugned order dated 28.04.2025 passed by Respondent No.4 (Annexure No.1 to W.P.) with all of its consequential effects whatsoever throughout. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2025 (Annexure No. 12 to W.P.) within stipulated period as provided in Section 9 of Sarai Act, 1867." 2. The petitioner claims to be a Director of a Private Limited Company. He has filed the writ petition on basis of lease hold rights in favour of the Private Limited Company. 3. A Director of a Private Limited Company is distinct from the Company, which is a legal person in the eyes of law. 4. The Company has already instituted a civil suit in relation to the same dispute and it is pending. 5. Consequently, we declined to examine the controversy at the behest of the petitioner. 6.
