1. Mr. Birinder Pal, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 and at the outset, states that although a speaking order has not been passed, but he has specific instructions that all six claims mentioned by the petitioner in para No.3 of the petition have been considered.
2. Upon instructions from Sh. Sukhwinder Singh, Xen, MC, Jalandhar and Sh. Gagan Luthra, SDO, MC, Jalandhar, he submits that claims mentioned in Item Nos. 1, 2 and 4 in paragraph 3 of the writ petition will be paid within a period of six weeks. He states that claim amount under item No. 3 has already been released. He has instructions to state that the details of claims under item No. 5 and 6 are incomplete and a communication has been sent to the petitioner to supply the details. 3. Mr. Girdhar, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the action taken by the respondents and details regarding items No. 5 and 6 would be supplied to the respondents as early as possible.
4. In view of the statement made by counsel for respondent No.3, writ petition is disposed of.
5. In case, the amount, as assured, is not released within the aforesaid period, petitioner shall be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum from the date of completion of work till payment. 31.07.2025
